We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Art De Tama. If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

- In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, please email us at artdetama@gmail.com immediately. Please write “Returns” and “your order number” in subject.
- Initial or return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All sale items are final sales.
- All personalized items that have been manufactured on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
- You will be contacted via email once your return has been processed.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Please use a padded envelope or box. We will not accept any returns in plain/conventional envelopes.
- You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Ship eligible returns prepaid and insured, and include a copy of the receipt so your credit can be easily processed to:
