Order Processing Time
All my jewelry is made to order. Please allow 10 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has shipped, USPS is solely responsible for delivery. Art De Tama has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims with USPS for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case by case basis, Art De Tama might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.
Art De Tama cannot be held responsible for wrongdoings by USPS or by stolen packages left at your address.
International Shipping
For international shipping, in addition to the U.S. domestic shipping, please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fee, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
